Day 1.- Arrival at Lima airport - Connecting flight to Cusco - Hotel
Upon arrival at Lima airport, you will take a connecting flight to Cusco. The trip takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.
If you take the morning flight to Cusco, you will have time in the afternoon to visit the city of Cusco.
Day 2.- Tours to the Sacred Valley - Hotel
In the morning you will be picked up and transferred to the Sacred Valley. During this tour, we will visit Pisac, Chinchero, Ollantaytambo, then we will take the one hour and fifteen minutes train to Machu Picchu or to the town of Aguas Calientes. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.
Day 3.- Aguas Calientes - Visit to Machu Picchu - Cusco - Hotel
In the morning, after breakfast at your hotel, we will take the bus to Machu Picchu, our guide will explain everything for two hours, then you will have time to walk (if you have ticket to Huayna Picchu, you can go up there), then take the bus to Aguas Calientes, then take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then transfer to the hotel in Cusco. You will arrive in Cusco between 5:00 and 6:00 pm.
Day 4.- Tours to the 7 Colors Mountain - Hotel
This day we will pick you up at 4:00 am. Directly from your hotel to start our trip to the south of Cusco through beautiful landscapes of valleys and agricultural communities. The trip takes about 3 hours to reach the community of Pitumarca, where we will have breakfast. Then we will continue driving for 30 minutes more to the community of Fulawasipata, where we will start with the hike up to the colorful mountains that takes about 2 ½ hours on the way we will see alpacas, llamas and traditional local houses, at the top we will have enough time to take pictures, to see beautiful red mountains, then we will descend for 2 hours to the beginning of our trekking point. There our transport will be waiting for us and then we will return to Pitumarca where we will have lunch and then to Cusco. It takes approximately 12 hours.
Day 5.- Transfer from Cusco to Puno - Hotel
In the morning, you will be transferred to the bus station (tourist bus). During the trip you will visit the tourist attractions.
In this bus includes guide, lunch. Upon arrival in Puno, our guide will be waiting for you and then you will be transferred to your hotel. The guide will explain about the next few days.
The bus from Cusco to Puno takes 7 hours.
Day 6.- Puno - Urus Island - Amantany Island (Family Home)
Early in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel around 7.00 a.m. approximately, after 2 hours by motor boat, you will arrive at the island of the Uros, a group of 44 artificial islands made of floating reeds (totora, a reed that abounds in the shallow waters of the lake). These islands have become an important tourist attraction for Peru, attracting excursions from the lake city of Puno. Their original purpose was defensive, and they could be moved if a threat arose. Many of the islands contain watchtowers constructed largely of reeds. Then we head to the island of Amantany for lunch in the afternoon we visit the two mountain peaks of Amantany, called: Pachataita (Father Earth) and Pachamama (Mother Earth). Overnight in a family home.
Day 7.- Amantani - Taquile Island - Return to Puno Hotel
After breakfast in the morning in Amantani we will take a boat to Taquile Island, approx. 40 minutes. Arriving to "taquile" we will visit the main communities and see their typical local costumes, we walk for 3 hours and then we will have lunch in a basic restaurant where they commonly serve trout and other dishes, after enjoying the "taquiles" lifestyle we return on board the boat arriving to Puno approx. 17:00 hours - transfer to your hotel.
Day 8.- Transfer from Puno to Chivay - Hotel (Arequipa)
In the morning after breakfast at your hotel approx. 6:00 am you will be transferred to the bus station (tourist bus) and then drive to Chivay (Chivay is the main small town of the Colca Canyon) 12:00 am you will arrive to Chivay.
In the afternoon our guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hot springs, return approx. 6:00pm to your hotel in Chivay for dinner.
Day 9.- Visit to the Colca Canyon and Mirador del Condor - Arequipa - Hotel
At 05:30 to 06:00 am. Breakfast at the hotel, and then we will move to the Cruz del Condor where we can see the depth of the canyon and the flight of the condors. We will be there for approximately one hour, then we will return to Chivay for lunch, then we will pick up all our personal equipment and transfer to the hotel in Arequipa. On the way we will make several stops such as Choquetico, Antahuilque, Antahuilque and Chivay.
10.- Flight from Arequipa to Hotel in Lima
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport to take the flight to Lima.
Upon arrival in Lima our driver will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel in Miraflores.
In the afternoon you will have time to visit Malecon Checa, Parque del Amor etc.
Day 11.- Bus from Lima to Huaraz - Hotel
In the morning after breakfast at your hotel you will be transferred to the bus station (cruz del sur) the bus takes 8 - 9 hours to Huaraz.
Upon arrival in Huaraz our team will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel.
Day 12.- Transfer from Huaraz to Cashapampa - Hike up to Llamacorral
After breakfast at the hotel we will leave Huaraz around 7:00 am. Passengers will be transferred to the beginning of the Cashapampa trail at 2.900 m. where our muleteers will be waiting for us, then we will start walking through a narrow valley, we will ascend for 2 hours, then we will start climbing through a moderate almost flat area until the first camp Llamacorral at 3.700 m.
Day 14.- Llamacorral - Visit to Alpamayo base camp - Taullipampa 4200m.
After breakfast, we will walk along the valley of moderate difficulty enjoying the lakes called Ichiccocha and Jatuncocha, turquoise lakes, we will have lunch in the place called: Quisuar, then we will climb to the south base camp of Alpamayo, after taking pictures, we will return with a short hike and continue to the next camp Taullipampa 4300m.
Day 15.- Taullipampa - Punta Union Pass 4750m. - Cachinapampa 3700m.
In the morning, after our breakfast at the camp, we will start our hike around 8:00, after 3 hours of hiking, we will arrive to Punta Union pass at 4,750m. from here we will have spectacular views of the next mountains Taulliraju, Paria, Artesonraju and Contrahierbas, then we will continue walking to Cachinapampa or Huaripampa.
Day 16.- Cachinapampa - Vaqueria - transfer to Portachuelo pass 4800m.- Llanganuco - Trek to Pisco Base Camp 4,600m.
After breakfast in the morning we will start descending for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to ascend to Vaqueria where our private minivan will be waiting for us, then we will transfer to Cebollapampa. We will arrive at Portachuelo pass at 4,800m. From here we will have incredible views of the north of Huascaran, south, Chopicalqui, Huandoy peaks, Pisco, Yanapaccha after we continue descending to Yuraccoral where our driver will be waiting for us, then all the equipment will be loaded on donkeys and then we will walk to base camp for two hours.
Day 17.- Base Camp - Moraine Camp 4800m.
Crossing loose terrain and large rocks we arrive at the moraine camp. Donkeys are not allowed on this trail. You have to carry your personal gear, climbing gear, clothes and sleeping bag, our porters will carry tents, meals and help us with some things.
Day 18.- Moraine Camp - Pisco Summit 5,752m.
We leave early and climb about 40 minutes up the moraine until we reach the glacier where we put on crampons and rope. Most of the way up is not very steep or technically difficult, although the altitude makes it a challenge. At times there may be some short steeper sections where we will help you. We try to reach the summit to see the sunrise. Approximately 5 hours to the broad summit where there is plenty of room to walk, appreciate the incredible surrounding mountains and take pictures.
From the summit fantastic views of the nearby peaks of Huascaran (6768m), Chopicalqui (6354m), Huandoy (6160m), Piramide (5885m), Artesonraju (6025m). Descent to Moraine Camp, where we will prepare a hot soup and rest for an hour, pick up our equipment and return to Base Camp. 9 to 12 hours for the day
Day 19.- Base Camp - Llanganuco - Transfer Huaraz - Hotel
After breakfast we will go down to the place called Cebollapampa where our bus will be waiting for us. Passing the lagoons of Llanganuco we will check in at the Huascaran National Park then Yungay and finally Huaraz approx. 2 or 3 p.m. we will be in Huaraz.
Day 20.- Transfer from Huaraz to Lima - Hotel
In the morning you will be transferred from the hotel to the bus station approx. 9:00 am.
Arriving in Lima approx. 7:00pm
Day 21.- Extra day in Lima
Today you can visit old Lima, cathedral, museum or Nazca lines.
Day 22.- Hotel to Lima Airport - International flight
This day we transfer you from your hotel to Lima airport for your international flight.
